I enjoyed my deluxe pedicure - unfortunately I was 15 mins late arriving due to terrible snowy road conditions - and because my beautician was booked immediately afterwards, the treatment had to be slightly shorter than usual. Quite understandable but having longer in the 'hot booties' would have been lovelier! I think it's a shame that the pedicure room is the direct access to the staff room. so quite a few staff came in and out. It's not a massive issue at all, but it would be more relaxing without people coming through. I didn't receive any advice so have put 0 - there isn't a 'not applicable' tick box!

Reception pulled up incorrect booking details on computer initially. Offered a drink of water upon arrival which never materialised. Relaxation area too small for the number of treatment rooms and very busy with staff and customers moving through the area throughout visit. Building work ongoing to improve situation which is a positive for the future but less than ideal on this particular visit. Manager very engaging and welcoming. Therapist very good. Would definitely use again.

Very luxurious salon with friendly and experienced staff. If you really want to enhance the treatment experience then the reception should be outside the main doors so that the conversations / noise from this area doesn’t disturb the treatments going on in the treatment rooms.

Very pleased with the service I get . The only issue I have is before my first ever visit a few years back I asked if there was a loyalty scheme and was told yes after so many visits I would get a discount . This has never happened and every time I ask they blame the computer or say they will look at it next time and still nothing happens - why agree to it and then ignore it ?
