I attended the treatment loft yesterday for a Elemis massage . I was met by the delightful Ieva . She was smiley , polite and just very lovely . The treatment was amazing and possibly one of the nicest massages I have had . She was attentive , and kind . I have had a difficult time as my mother passed away before Christmas and I shared this with Ieva at the end of the treatment she was really kind. This was the first thing I have done for myself in nearly two months and the first time I have relaxed a little . It just eased my emotional pain for a short while which was amazing . Thank you Ieva . I will certainly come back again. Also it helped me sleep something that has been so hard . So thank you so much . A fantastic experience made all the more wonderful by Ieva .

This was my first time at the Treatment Loft spending a gift voucher plus. I had a wonderful deluxe manicure on hands that are not the best but Abby worked her magic and now they feel better for it. It was clearly explained what was happening and with what ingredient and now I know exactly what to do!! Really lovely and I will be back to see how the recommended product has worked. The only comment I suppose is that I thought it a little chilly but nothing major. Thank you everyone and especially Abby.

Ieva is a lovely therapist, really put me at ease and I cane out so relaxed. She also gave me some excellent recommendations for future treatments.

Great treatment/package. One gripe, the bed I was 'initially' given had a protrusion of some kind? I was told it might have been something to do with the heat blanket below. Other than, fabulous treatment with very professional therapist.
