Discover our Infrared Sauna & Steam Room, Laser, HIFU & Microneedling treatments, carefully curated Elemis face & body treatments, Mii Manicures & Pedicures, Hot Wax and more. Devoted to relaxing, restoring and nurturing your well-being in a gentle holistic way. 


We are located just a short distance away from Exeter with easy access from Junction 30 on the M5, with plenty of free parking. Once you are finished with your treatment, why not spend the day at the Best Farm Shop in the UK, with a world class food hall, home and lifestyle shops, 4 on site eateries, a farm walk, nature trail and more.

A warm greeting and relaxing environment awaits you as you enter the Treatment Loft. I would highly recommend the hot stone back massage which is a real treat and is so relaxing I almost fell asleep! After the massage is nice to feel that no-one is no rushing you out the door...as you are encouraged to take your time, and also drink a glass of water before leaving.

Couldn't edit my location - I live in Exeter not Plymouth! The treatment rooms are pleasant however I find them too light! I went elsewhere for a massage a couple of months ago and it was like being in a cosy nest. The masseuse also offered different aromatherapy oils depending on how you wanted to feel at the end of treatment. Maybe a thought for the future? Anyway my massage this afternoon was very enjoyable so thank you.

However I'm so pleased to hear that you had an enjoyable experience. Just a note for any future appointments, we do have 2 dark treatment rooms available, should you wish you have a darker room, please speak with the receptionist upon booking. All our massages are based on aromatherapy. We use a personalised blend of essential oils based on your concerns and needs (as we believe that not everyone's needs fit into pre-blended oils!). The environment and ambience is as important as the treatment itself. The treatment loft ticks all of these boxes. Professional, polite and friendly staff, relaxing environment and excellent massage.
