The therapist was unsmiling and looked fed up. Not great Darts you should do better. You’ve taken over a spa that was perfectly good and replaced it with something that looks high-quality but the therapist that I had seemed really fed up not interested in me and really made me feel slightly uncomfortable. I am not impressed.

This was my first visit since the refurbishment and I really didnt feel anywhere as relaxed as in the previous salon. The staff were good and the treatment was lovely but I did feel it was rushed. Also on the website the massage states hot stone but i did not get that so was disappointed.

The range of gel polish was poor, I couldn’t find one that I liked and settled for an adequate one.

I have emailed. As a perceived premium service I was disappointed as per the email. I didn't feel very valued despite Abi's loveliness.

Although previous experiences here have been great, today was not good. The products were thick and sticky, leaving a clammy layer on the skin, both body and face. The massage was not a massage per se, just smearing product on the body. The therapist was very nice but her technique unconfident and seemingly inexperienced.

Maybe my expectations were to high but overall it was underwhelming; the massage beds were narrow, the background music was more funeral dirge than wellness chill, it was more of a hot stone smooth than a massage. The noise of the stones being removed from heating system was like someone sticking their hand into a crisp packet and was intrusive to relaxing. Not the relaxing experience I had expected or experienced on other occasions at other spa’s previously. 🤷🏻‍♂️
