As a first visit I was pleasantly surprised. The staff I came into contact with, were very helpful and pleasant. My therapist Natasha explained the treatment process and what products would be used and why; I was very happy with the results. I look forward to my next visit.

I am infrequent visitor to The Treatment Loft and the treatments I have booked have either been for Waxing, Shellac Nails or False Tan. My comments on my the Loft services are as follows:- a) Please introduce more day-light into the treatment rooms - the Loft is on the first floor and is not overlooked. How can your Beauticians see so well in the dimmed lights you currently have? b) Please consider introducing a Spray Tan treatment. The space exists (afterall, you have two beds in both large rooms) and you don't need too much for a booth and an operator - and the extraction issue can be easily overcome so that the smoke alarms don't go off.

I had a deluxe spa pedicure with Jade, which was really lovely. I will always be asking for Jade from now on.

Lovely salon, warm and welcoming. Great size treatment room, could have been slightly warmer. The only negative was the music- it was a bit strange. Some instrumental music would have been more relaxing. Bit more of a chat about problem areas for the massage would have been good but the massage was lovely.

Although I was a little bit late, (roadworks and traffic jams) the team dealt with me very courteously and calmed me down as I had had to rush in. (The last time that happened I was told off rather sharply, which spoilt the whole experience). Carly was very helpful and careful not to do any damage to the 'dodgy' area of my neck. She was wonderfully soothing and made sure she did nothing that was too much for me, so I did indeed end up feeling a whole lot more relaxed which was the reason my daughters had bought me the treatment voucher!
