We are located just a short distance away from Exeter with easy access from Junction 30 on the M5, with plenty of free parking. Way out of my comfort zone here as an overweight 63 year old man! (My own prejudices I hasten to add) Rheumatoid Arthritis led me here as I wanted to try out the Infra Red Sauna. I was made to feel very welcome and shown the sauna area and everything explained clearly. Zoe was very helpful and didn't try any hard sell and understood I was exploring whether it had any positive impact for me. I booked for a session, which I had today and found it very beneficial, also for the various muscular skeletal issues from rugby playing days. I will be back and book a course. I personally think it is great value at £25 for 45 minutes in the sauna space.
