An exceptional massage by Sukanya if i went again I would defiantly ask for as her personally to give me another treatment. i was greeted by Jade at reception which was perfect!

I had an amazing hot stone massage. Therapist was very compassionate and took on all my medical issues with a professional approach. Felt very relaxed and revitalised.

Receptionist Jade was very welcoming and friendly. My therapist Jade was also friendly and informative explaining what my treatment would be and ensuring that I was comfortable throughout. The massage was excellent especially the head massage which was so relaxing. I also appreciated relaxing in the Lavender room with a drink before I left. Thank you

Sadly, I didn’t have anywhere near the positive experience i was expecting. To have our session cancelled today was a huge disappointment. We both felt we received little to no help to resolve the issue, and our disappointment was met with general apathy by the receptionist. Luckily, you had another cancellation and we got to have half our treatments, albeit not at the same time. Unfortunately, this general poor customer service continued when we arrived. The same lady I had spoken to this morning also served us. She was extremely cold, and her reactions and responses made me quite uncomfortable, and I felt unwelcome. Worse than that, we observed this behaviour between the receptionist and other customers, both face to face and on the phone. And we observed the customers become also visibly irritated by the attitude. It was further disappointing to eventually be taken into our appointments to find that the music wasn’t working properly in my room. This was not resolved for my entire appointment; rather than just turn it off, it was left to come on and off, so it was impossible for me to fully relax. To have a treat almost ruined like this for a variety of reasons is really sad. I just want to make it clear that my therapist was lovely, and I have absolutely no complaints about her or my treatment. Unfortunately, it was the rest of it that ultimately left us with a bad taste.
