We are located just a short distance away from Exeter with easy access from Junction 30 on the M5, with plenty of free parking. We used the sauna and steam room mid-week. It was clean, beautifully decorated and as always, spa team were kind, helpful and friendly. We were in the sauna 5 minutes before our session started. Used the changing room and loved the robes. Steam room is my favourite and love the shower inside the steam room. The sauna was a perfect temp and not too hot. We spent about half an hour in the sauna/steam and then wandered down to the relaxation room for a cup of tea. My partner fell asleep. . Very relaxing, lovely environment, friendly staff. I gave 9/10 because there was a gent behind the desk who was obviously having a bad day and trying to get a refund on something (I'd heard him when I was in the changing room), he didn't give off the spa vibe that I usually get at Darts, but the rest of the team were marvellous. Lovely. Would definitely use again and would probably even go on my own! Thanks
