An extremely disappointing experience. I booked a deluxe pedicure needing the relaxation. I was advised I was to be in the same room as someone having gel top up which I said I wasn’t happy with. I’ve been coming to Treatment Loft for years never failing to have a relaxing experience. Though the therapist said they’d wait so that I could be alone in the room I was then seated on upright hard seat being almost pushed off the seat with hard cushion. Furthermore the room was the thoroughfare to the staff area and there must of been 20 people back and forth (looking embarrassed to be interrupting). The least relaxing treatment I’ve ever had. After initially asking about the shared room situation I was made to feel awkward as staff then appeared to gather in the staff area. I’ve never had an experience like it and though I complained at the time felt this also warranted a review. Also my account showed a credit which the receptionist initially tried to gloss over. I pressed her about this. Since leaving the salon I recall a time that Treatment Loft therapist was unwell and for the cancelled visit I must have paid a prior deposit. I don’t feel that the whole visit was managed well but acknowledge that staff were in the main ok if a bit irritated.
