The spa experience was great. A lovely relaxing massage.the premises were clean and we could see ongoing maintenance was also going on. Plenty of treatment rooms and options. The reason that it isn’t full marks across the board is easily fixed and nothing to do with the service or environment. While waiting in the reception a conversation regarding a male therapists experience with 2 of his clients was relayed, this was loud enough for us to hear over our own conversation and included personal details that I would not be happy being discussed should it be me. Other topics included the rota, days off, what time they were getting off work etc - all normal topics among team members but perhaps best done either in hushed tones or elsewhere. It rather diluted the relaxing ambiance.
