I have now been to the covent garden salon twice and on both occasions have been treated perfectly with respect, in a clean and calm environment. I am a transgender woman and my first visit was for hair removal in preparation for reassignment surgery. My second was for a Hollywood wax after I had recovered. Intimate waxing is especially sensitive for transgender women however my beautician here has been very respectful of my needs and has put me at ease every time. I would recommend for anyone, and especially for other trans women with needs similar to mine

Friendly and very skilled; thinks about how to make the results the best, knows all the tricks to make the treatment as pain-free / hair free efficient / looked after as possible. Cares about the skin and aftercare advice. I feel safe in this salon and this is in a good location. There is an alley way, slightly hard to find at first but it is there and the staff are very helpful and welcoming. Wonderful, a genuine five out of five.
