I found the salon to be clean with a luxurious vibe, the staff all appear happy to be there. I like that the toilets are clean, tidy & away from the salon floor.i would prefer that the chairs be more cushioned & that the wash station chairs could be height adjustable with cushioning for a more comfortable experience. The head shoulder massage before appointment starts is a lovely touch, as is the hand & arm massage whilst hair is processing. The choice of beverages is also good.
