From start to finish I was treated very well, my stylist listened to my concerns and discussed what she intended to do and gave me some advice. The lovely pre shampoo massage was very much needed as was the head massage during the wash. On top of that I also had a hand and arm massage which was so lovely. All in all 5 star treatment.

The atmosphere was friendly and relaxed. The staff looked after us so well and didn't hurry us out after our treatments but allowed us to stay chatting in the beautiful relaxation room and offered us complimentary herbal tea. I had Nell doing my 60 minute neck, back and shoulder massage. She was respectful, friendly, knowledgeable and an excellent masseur. I felt so chilled afterwards. Thanks, we had a lovely experience as a group of friends who only meet a few times a year and value time together in a lovely place.

The massage I received was first class and so are the men’s hair cuts, the perfect pressure and has worked wonders for my tense neck and shoulder muscles, I will certainly be returning very soon - thank you, an exceptional service all round.

A wonderfully relaxing tired feet treatment this morning! My Husband and I had the treatment together in peaceful and cosy room . Simon was so relaxed he nodded off but we were assured by both of our fabulous therapists that there had been no snoring 🤣 Thankyou x

I found the salon to be clean with a luxurious vibe, the staff all appear happy to be there. I like that the toilets are clean, tidy & away from the salon floor.i would prefer that the chairs be more cushioned & that the wash station chairs could be height adjustable with cushioning for a more comfortable experience. The head shoulder massage before appointment starts is a lovely touch, as is the hand & arm massage whilst hair is processing. The choice of beverages is also good.
