I appreciated the frank feedback about the style which suited my hair type. It convinced me to change my mind about what I wanted and this change was a huge success. The cut and colour were extremely good. Bothe stylists who have worked on my hair were first rate and did an excellent job. Only feedback would be to use more than one colour in highlights and to show a colour chart to consult.

I went to Rye Retreat with a fractured wrist and achy body following a car accident. Staff couldn't have been kinder and my colour and haircut is fab. Great experience.
