Natalie - simply the best Just love coming to Rye Retreat, enter stressed and leave feeling calm and good about myself. Keep up the good work N.B. Still feel a small sample product or 2 would enhance the existing excellent customer service. Maybe for those customers whose bill >£100.00.

Usually I am offered conditioning treatment as my hair is dry but nothing was offered. I was also over charged and had to go back later to get the refund. No products were suggested for my hair type or to keep it in good condition toll my next visit

I wanted a new style and got lots of suggestions as to how to maintain my style at home, had my own tutorial whilst my hair was being done, lots of tips and what products would best suit the new style but no hard sell. Really pleased with the results and the free hand massage was much appreciated. Thank you

Ruby was amazing from start to finish - I wanted a restyle and she talked things through with me going over a lot of options. She really understood what I wanted, and I am over the moon with the result. So much so that I am going back to her for colour also. Thank you very much, a wonderful experience at The Rye Retreat.
