Love my new hair colour, and a fabulous cut as always - i have full confidence in Ruby, she is excellent and understands exactly what you need. I felt totally pampered with my destress massage, and then also a wonderful hand and arm massage whilst my hair was being done. A very nice way to spend an afternoon!

Always professional and provide a great service - Natalie cut my hair today on the recommendation of Hannah prior to her leaving. She asked me a number of questions to understand what I wanted and even better what I did not want. Made some great suggestions and I have left with an updated hairstyle and very happy - thank you I also wanted to have my eyebrows and and eyelashes tinted - reception were really helpful in arranging the patch test there and then so all booked in for Thursday.

Ruby was amazing from start to finish - I wanted a restyle and she talked things through with me going over a lot of options. She really understood what I wanted, and I am over the moon with the result. So much so that I am going back to her for colour also. Thank you very much, a wonderful experience at The Rye Retreat.

My only observation would be to perhaps ask if you want a head massage/ hand/ arm massage. The first time I came I received both & was asked if I wanted the head massage but I think was just given the hand/arm massage, today I head a head massage automatically but wasn't offered a hand/ arm massage. I think you should ask a person first each time rather than assume they want one, I know my husband had a head massage when he came for a haircut & shave and it felt very odd to him. Apart from that everything is lovely
