I love coming to the Rye Retreat and I would come more if pennies would allow it is a little pricey for us normal folk!! But as I say I love it every time I come.....

The Rye Retreat has a warm and friendly environment which suits both those working at the salon and their clients. It is very efficiently run, everyone is well trained, the coffee and tea is excellent and so are the magazines!

Today was the first time that i have visited The Rye Retreat ( other than when i had my consultation before hand) and i had THE BEST experience. Everybody was so lovely from the minute i got there i could tell i was going to be comfortable. I was offered drinks or anything that i may need. I had the beautiful emily colouring my hair today which was a very big job as my hair wasn’t in a very good state. She was very professional the whole time I was there. I was there a while (1pm-5pm as i needed a lot of work done to my hair but time went by very quickly as i was very comfortable. I have very bad anxiety so a lot of the time getting my hair done in a public place is a bit of a chore for me. I didn’t see her stop smiling once, truly a lovely lady. She was very helpful and offered one of the hair masque treatments which i accepted and has done my hair wonders i’ve never felt it so soft and lovely. Emily was very patient and she is definitely very talented. 100% worth the money that i payed and i will 100% be going back.
