This is the first time ever I felt the experience was rushed and treated without due care. Eyes stung for about 15 mins post treatment but fine now. Not up to the excellent standards of Daisy and others

Whilst it's a good hair cut I was given,it is nothing like what I wanted. It's just a shorter version of what I already had. Came out very disappointed and don't think I will be returning

the girl washing my hair was very poor. she hasnt been trained properly water in my ears

All our assistants go through a thorough and detailed training plan before working on our salon floor, however we will endeavour to re-visit shampoo training with all assistants to ensure this does not happen again.
