Prices are rather inflated for a small country town. Everyone thinks Rye is rich - it isn't. My old stylist in a central London salon is now only £6 more expensive than someone of the same caliber at Rye Retreat. Otherwise it's a very pleasant experience...

The staff at Rye Retreat are very helpful and the spa is comfortable with a pleasant ambience. Lucy is a great therapist. She quickly puts you at ease and her treatments are excellent. She’s my go to for waxing as she’s quick, thorough and her treatment is as painless as possible. Highly recommend.

Sophie gave me a relaxing massage prior to my treatment. It was nice but could have been better, felt like she only rubbed my right shoulder blade a number of times And held my arms several times
