Excellent service from Nicky as always - and I'm delighted with my new colour, thank you Nicky :) Very relaxing de-stress massage beforehand and lovely coffee too. I was also offered a free hand and arm massage and magazines while waiting for the colour to take.

I previously mentioned I would never bring my children here for a haircut again and my previous visit wasn't as good. But today I was really impressed with everything and have booked the same person for next time

The lovely Natalie did a great job as always on my hair, such a tonic So sorry but I've forgotten the lady who gave me my head/shoulder massage, she was fantastic and loved how she used the brush to scalp massage during my shampoo/conditioner treatment, thank you.

I had a lovely relaxing time in the Rye Retreat today ,even though they were working under pressure today with no water ,they were all managing with bottled water heated up in urns,if you didn't see the bottles there, nobody would have known.So well done to all of you.Mark did my hair today which l am very happy with and Trudi did my nails which l am very pleased with as well .So l would recommend them both, l must mention the young lady who gave me the head and neck massage today it was well done and very relaxing.
