Friendly greeting, I had to wait approx 5 minutes for my appointment to start but was offered magazines and refreshment. No hard sell to buy the products used but I use them all anyway. Felt refreshed and relaxed after the treatment and was not hurried out of the door.

Having been coming to you for 18months or 2 years, I feel the waiting time in between colour and then wash/dry is increasing - it feels as if (the always amazing!) Louise is under pressure to deal with more clients at any one time, and therefore I feel as if she is under pressure/having to be fast. This makes for a less relaxing experience.

This time rushed massage, and colleague washing hair- quite abrupt “ just take the end seat”. Once hair was washed” now go back to your seat”.

My Rye retreat experience was a surprise birthday gift. I haven’t been to a salon in 40 years, so cannot compare! Lovely people. Lovely haircut. Not keen on the background music.
