Experiences spa therapists will help de stress and relax you with sumptuous Aveda treatments, including but not limited to, facials, massage and reflexology.

I was given a 60-minute massage voucher as a gift for my birthday. Having finally got round to putting a date in the diary I visited The Rye Retreat today. Had an unexpected but wonderful foot scrub to begin with, followed by an amazing massage in a lovely calming environment. The whole experience was just what I needed and I will definitely book again and tell my friends!
