Occasionally I feel treated in an off hand manner with my stylist seeming to be too busy to recognise how I'm feeling. I think that's why I feel treated off hand. But sometimes I'm just tired and maybe I'm trying too hard so it's my fault. I do appreciate that your stylists can have off days too. But the person I'm talking about was lively and chatting with another client at the time. I do hope this is anonymous. I am just taking this chance to say honestly how I feel, since I've been asked to.
