I had a full body massage and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The staff looked after my friend and I very well. My only slight negative was in the treatment room I could hear constant noise of footsteps coming from the room above. This was a shame as it slightly detracted from the relaxing atmosphere of the room. My therapist was very good and I would definitely request her again.

As always the staff were friendly and courteous and eager to please. As a regular client I have come to expect excellent service and on the whole this is what I experience. I have noticed recently that the quality of the head and shoulders massage and the arm and hand massage varies somewhat, with the experienced staff taking considerably more interest and care in ensuring that these are an integral part of the salon experience than those who are new to the salon. These extras are a real treat if done well.
