You can't put up prices 40% during times of austerity - some of us haven't had any increase in 7 years

I'd like you to think about offering a separate charge for manicures/pedicures without nail polish application. I feel it's unfair to have to pay the full amount as you are saving on product& time, which means you have an opportunity cost to increase your client time and revenue.

Nice but Not a spa experience. Lively salon and lovely therapists and hairdressers but treatment rooms are noisy and not suitable for relaxing massage or facial. Visited recently with my sister for a 3 hour spa experience but twice therapist had to call upstairs to ask colleagues to stop dragging furniture and thumping across the floor. The thud thud thud of heavy footfall upstairs was not conducive to a relaxing massage and ruined the experience. There was only one other treatment room available to move to but therapist said that was worse as just under sinks. Therapist very apologetic but no refund or discount was offered for ruined experience. It's a real shame as products and treatments are lovely as are the staff and hair salon but the 'spa' area lets it all down. Will return but only for non-spa treatments and hair.
