I enjoyed a really excellent facial and was offered a hand and arm massage whilst my face mask was on. Lots of attention to detail and I liked the way that I was told that my eyes would be covered etc so I knew what to expect. I then had my hair done and was given the time to explain what I wanted and the stylist really listened and did just what I asked for. Lots of refreshments offered throughout the 2 hours I was booked in. Faultless.
