That would be good for everyone every week‼️ 1 hour body massage from head to toe, just gently, with warming up, no twisting like at the chiropractor. +half an hour face, upper arm, shoulder, neck massage. The whole time I was in semi-darkness, with pleasant music under a preheated blanket, uncovered where she was working on me. We finished it lying on my stomach, she swaddled me, and I was given 5 minutes to melt. 😍 seriously I felt in haven like babies‼️ I decided that I would return every week and go to one of these (so I would get the 4th treatment for free).
