As always a real treat of a morning with Jemma colouring my hair and a lovely chat, treatments with Rebecca whilst my hair is soaking up the botanical treatment and then Michael to advise on the next step of my hair growing journey! This time no cut or trim needed even though it was booked! Just a masterclass in how to curl my hair! How lovely that you feel the team are tailoring the visit to the bigger goal and not just cutting and styling it for profit. Always the client first in The Purcell Rooms and that’s what I love about my visits! Thanks team ❤️🤩
