Such a lovely place. Natalie, you and your staff are very welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable - no question is treated as silly or irrelevant, which is comforting when you're trying something new. I also appreciate the quick and helpful responses that I get from emails and FB messages.

I brought my 81 year old mother-in-law for her first ever professional manicure as a birthday treat. She was delighted, not only with her beautiful nails, but with the way she was treated whilst there. Natalie and Aimee made her feel at home and she was surprised how easy she found it to chat with them while having her manicure. In fact she told me later it was the best birthday present she's had for many years.
