On both occasions I've been, I've been offered as many complimentary drinks(with nibbles) as I'd like and have been welcomed by all staff, not just the one looking after me.

I was really pleased with the level of care I received at the nail boutique. The options of colours was extensive, and when I struggled to make a decision they came up with alternatives. The complimentary drinks flowed freely, and the pot chocolate brownies/truffles made the experience feel like a real treat. I would definitely recommend them. Chrissie
