Staffs in Nail and Body boutique are always very helpful. I had my gel done elsewhere and it took them more than 30 min and 3 people to remove my gel. They didn't charge me more and made sure I still got time to do my pedicure. There was another time I couldn't make my appointment in time. They kept rearranging for me without complaining. I have done lashes and nails there - both were brilliant experience!

Lady who did my treatment was clearly having a bad day as grumpy throughout. Quality nowhere near what it usually is.

We have recently had to hire in extra help due to being so busy but we can assure you we have had a little 're vamp' and now have our 'core' team back in place.
