Shellac toe nail polish with new staff member looked fine but filing and buffing of toe nails and trimming was very rough and uncomfortable so not as pleasant an experience as usual. No cream on feet offered at the end. I’ve always been offered this in the past Finger nails with Jess very nice experience

I had a pedicure with Marta was friendly and did a lovely pedicure. First time using Nail and body boutique after a recommendation. I was a bit disappointed with the person who greeted me, made me feel I was interrupting their day and instantly made me feel uncomfortable. I was vaguely offered a drink by them, when I asked what was on offer I was told tea coffee or water, which I requested a water and did not receive. Eventually once Marta had did my treatment, she got me the drink. However other people around me were offered cocktails for the same treatment. Overall Marta did a good job and Michelle was very friendly when I paid and left. Such a shame the first person wasn't the nicest. I'm hoping that was just an off day, as can't fault the treatment.

Pleasant environment with nails looking good at end of treatment. Technician polite and new what she was doing but maybe could have been but friendlier as not quite as friendly as other girls but fine. That stopped it being an 8 or 9

Lovely staff but was rather surprised my gel manicure was only about 15mins £45 for 15 mins when told it would be 45 mins?! My toes took the 45 mins

Having had the same treatment many times before, I knew what to expect but sadly my latest treatment didn’t live up to the salons usual standards. The technician didn’t seem to sure of all the processes and in fact missed part of the treatment out. However, all staff were very welcoming and professional.

Had half price offer but sore cuticles today on 3 fingers with small cuts

New members of staff tend to be a little more nervous than some of our more experienced staff members, although it is still unacceptable for you to experience any form of cuts on your cuticles. I can assure you this is not something that happens continuously. I hope you accept our apologies and we welcome you back again in the near future for a free paraffin wax treatment.
