Comment
I think the only thing that is missing is the little extras that make the visits worth that little bit more than the competition. Whilst we know we’re in COVID, it would be good to be able to have a disposable cup of coffee, or a little treat bag to get you through a longer visit - today we were in the salon for 3 hours but could only be given a glass of water
