I booked an appointment for myself and my friend over the phone explaining my friend had recently had an operation and needed a bit of extra care to avoid hurting them where they are still tender. Upon arriving until we left we were well looked after and I would not hesitate to rebook ! The lady that carried out my friends treatments was very aware she needed extra care and was gentle and asked if my friend was comfortable and ok throughout. We were treated to a little cocktail each and had a top up which was a lovely add on to our experience. All the staff we spoke to and interacted with were professional, chatty and made it a lovely treat. They allowed my friend to stay sat in the salon whilst I fetched the car and opened the door whilst my friend made her way out. I know some of this may sound basic service but I have been to plenty of places were customer service is terrible - thankfully that was not the case here and I look forward to checking out some of their other treatments. We had feet / hand treatments and there were plenty of colour choices in both normal varnish and gel.
