I had a facial which was done by Olivia is very thorough particularly black heads extraction which I really like and explains all steps to me throughout the treatment which I really appreciate.

Staff were all very friendly and amazing. I had a treatment done and was feeling very anxious and nervous. Surrinder and Shamma were very friendly and helped me to feel calm. Shamma explained the treatment as she was doing it.

Skye is so good at her job, always a pleasure having treatment from her. She is friendly and chatty but most of all she asks if you are ok all the way through your treatment and ensures you are not uncomfortable or in pain. She cleans your face after the treatment and always makes sure that all the cooling gel is taken off. I would definitely recommend laser hair removal here, the service is professional and friendly.

Loved the experience. I was nervous because it was my first time here. I am usually very wary about who goes on near my acne prone skin but the staff member that did my facial (Sky) was very nice and was professional. Would recommend this place to others.
