I booked the signature treatment. Unfortunately the treatment is advertised as an hour and 45 minutes but my therapist got my 5 minutes late, it finished 5 minutes early and on top of that I was left in the room (presumably with some product being left on to work) for at least ten minutes if not longer. The therapist simply told me , "I am going to leave you to relax for a few minutes" but it went on for so long that I started to question whether I was meant to be getting myself dressed and started feeling quite anxious - not how you want to feel during this sort of treatment! I have previously had massage/facial combos like this and usually the therapist will incorporate this time into the treatment by timing things to do an arm and shoulder massage while its working. I would have much preferred to be told that the treatment was 90 minutes and for it all to be incorporated rather than being left "to relax" for so long. At the very least it would have been helpful to have been warned at the start that this would happen.

Had a full body massage with a voucher I received after just having my daughter and was quite disappointed. The masseuse was lovely and her technique and the pressure etc was excellent, however the room was quite cold so when the blanket was off me whilst she went around the bed to get more oil it was not pleasant at all, especially as the oil was also quite cold when it first went on. The bed was a bit wobbly too side to side. These details weren’t the end of the world but it meant I didn’t get fully relaxed. The main part that put a dampener on the massage was that her hands felt scratchy? It felt like what I would imagine if she bit the skin around her fingers and I feel awful to complain about it but it felt a real shame after I was looking forward to it with leaving the baby for the first time.

My treatment was 10 minutes late and I was 10 minutes early, I wasn’t offered any tea or coffee/refreshments whilst waiting, nor an explanation until the girl arrived to take me for the treatment. There were 4 girls on the desk at one point while I was waiting and no one spoke to me. Treatment was fab though!

I was really cold and there was a lot of noise in the adjacent room which made it hard to relax

I had an Ellis medical std pedicure this time I did not see any difference in products fro the normal pedicure I have had at your salon. I asked for dry skin to be removed on my toes, this was filed lightly, medical std should be more than this.Did not feel this pedicure was value for the extra money.

Slightly disappointed to be honest. As most, looked forward to having a bit of a pamper pre Christmas with beautiful nails as per previous appointments. To be left with gappy uneven finishes and thinking when are they next free to have them removed. In all fairness I didn’t raise the point when I was there as felt slightly uncomfortable due to how busy the environment was and how forced the conversation felt with the nail technician. Shame as previously appointments have been brilliant.
