Disappointed. Felt £90 for this particular facial was really expensive and I did not get value for money. I got no hand massage, was left for at least 10 minutes with a face mask on whereas this time could have been utilised to make me/client feel pampered i.e. hand massage. My previous treatments have also included neck and upper arm massage and I actually paid less money too!! I will not be having this particular facial again. I think I have had hydroderm facials in the past so assume that the additional massages are not included in my latest treatment. Overall very disappointed. However my beautician was excellent with what I did get ….. I just felt cheated .

Colour of my eyebrows was the same- perhaps advice that I didn’t need the tint this time. At the end I was given a patch test that contained Henna (by a different person). A large amount was put under a plaster on my elbow . I was told to leave it 4 hours. Normally I get a very small amount begins my ear. It will obviously stain my skin as that’s the point of the product! When I got home I tried to scrub it off but now have a large dark patch on my elbow. This was a very strange and unprofessional way to carry out the test

I always have Georgia for my treatments she is amazing and always makes me feel comfortable and in safe hands after my treatment today I had someone else to do a treatment she didn’t really speak and I felt she didn’t want to be there I came away feel down and not happy with the service which is a shame

Usually have a good experience but today when I went in, it seemed quite rushed. When I was in the room, the lady didn't get my to stretch my lip at all for the wax which they usually do (to get a better wax result) she didn't tweeze any hairs or really do any extra other than just the wax. There was still wax left on my lip when I left - she also didn't offer me the mirror before I left so I couldn't see if I was happy. The customer experience wasn't great, it felt like I was burden and wanted to rush me out. It annoyed me because when I got in the car there was still some hair on my lip which I'll now have to remove even though I paid £10 for you guys to do it. I come to you guys loads and am a loyal customer but this experience was not great.
