I have always enjoyed going to The Cutting Room for my hair appointments. My special hairdresser is extremely skilful with advice and takes great care when cutting. A very pleasant experience all round.

A pleasant lively atmosphere but not noisy. The service was PROMPT, so rare in hair salons, and on my part highly appreciated. Everyone is friendly and helpful

I hate having my hair cut as I am usually unhappy with the outcome (Sorry, I know I’m a fussy one!). However this is my third visit now and I have been very happy with the cut every time. Thank you very much Charlotte! The whole experience is such a pleasant one!

Excellent cut from jenny, with great care taken to find out what I wanted, what the likely problem areas were (I have very peculiar hair!). I wish I had come here sooner- have been trailing through salon after salon trying to find a comfortable haircut.

I would usually go to London for a haircut as it seemed impossible to find a good cut locally, but Jenny at the Harpenden salon is excellent. She will spend the time to listen to what you would like, and will also adjust the end result if needed.The quality of the cut has always been first rate, and she takes care to make the style suit your face.I would not hesitate to recommend her to my (very fussy!) friends and family.
