Ian at the Harpenden cutting room gave me the best hair cut I’ve ever had. I am delighted and he took such care with my fringe which I’m very sensitive about. It was worth the journey from Radlett to Harpenden. Better than West End!

I had got used to visiting a salon, being disappointed with the result, certainly not wanting to go anywhere other than straight home to blow dry it myself to try to get it looking better, and then hoping it would "settle down" in a few weeks. I can get Jenny to cut and blow dry my (awkward) hair, then happily arrange anything for straight afterwards because she sends you out looking good, feeling good.

Very well managed salon, numbers of staff and customers very restricted, with space and plenty of fresh air. Good advice given in texts beforehand about how to limit exposure to virus and it all felt very competent and safe. Really good cut and advice on hair, as usual. Keep up the good work.

I felt comfortable and safe throughout my visit. The salon is fitted with screens and fewer stations with masks and sanitizers available. Lovely to see Jenny and some of the staff again. And such a relief to have my hair done again. Looking forward to my next visit.
