The Cutting Room is always very helpful when I ring up at the last minute for an appointment! I have had a number of different stylists over the years, and have found them all to be knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

friendly and relaxed atmosphere and my particular hair stylist is a delightful person, but I don't make "between cut" visits as I find the prices fairly. high

When booking via this service you are sent an email whereby you confirm your appointment or ask a question. I had asked for additional time to have a treatment but received no feedback and no mention of requested treatment during booked appointment. There is no dropdown box to allow this request when booking your appointment online. This should be revised. Also, names of technicians should be confirmed when booking is confirmed so you know who your appointment is with.
