The cutting room is lovely, and the staff are all really polite and helpful. Jenna is particularly lovely, takes time to talk through the cut, and is almost offering to adapt it if the final look isn't quite right. I would recommend her to all my friends.

I have always had a very good experience at the cutting room, from the girls who wash your hair to the lovely stylist. Its a light, bright modern salon where the staff appear to get on very well which adds to the atmosphere.

Jennifer did one of the best hair cuts I have had in years. She also helped with a colour transition - I wanted to go from dyed brown hair to let my grey hair grow out, not a simple thing to do gracefully - but she managed it for me, which has felt great!
