My daughter's hair was cut by Annie. As usual, she was professional, kind, caring and thoughtful. She took a lot of time to make sure she gave Jodie exactly the cut she wanted, then blow-dried it beautifully. Jodie was thrilled with the result. We always recommend Annie. She's lovely, and she's talented.

I have always had a very good experience at the cutting room, from the girls who wash your hair to the lovely stylist. Its a light, bright modern salon where the staff appear to get on very well which adds to the atmosphere.

Jennifer did one of the best hair cuts I have had in years. She also helped with a colour transition - I wanted to go from dyed brown hair to let my grey hair grow out, not a simple thing to do gracefully - but she managed it for me, which has felt great!

As a returning client, I was impressed by the service given by Jenna today in terms of efficiency (appointment was on time), expertise (a good haircut and dry) and friendly ambience. I made the appointment on impulse but will be returning - hoping to become a regular client! Thank you

I popped in for a wash and blow dry as I have had surgery and could not get my bandages wet. The lady who attended me was so kind and helpful and took great care. She did not make me feel at all uncomfortable about my appearance and was extremely understanding. I very much appreciated her kindness. I do not usually leave a review but felt that today it is definitely deserved.

As always, I’ve had the best haircut from Ian and everyone in the salon is just so lovely. Ian has been cutting my hair for the past 5 years and I cannot recommend him more highly. He takes a lot of care cutting my fringe and every time I visit, I am happy which is a hard task for me as my hair is fine and tbh prone to be flat. He can cut any length to any style and make it look amazing which is why I drive to Harpenden all the way from Radlett.
