Returned back to see my hairdresser Charlotte after being so happy and please with how she did my hair the last time I saw her. The salon was well set out to ensure clients were safely sat away from each other and there was hand sanitiser on arrival and spare face masks. I wore my mask as did Charlotte all through my visit. Charlotte asked me about my hair and advised me well. I had my hair highlighted with foils, had a treatment and a cut and blow dry. I am really pease and will be re returning in the future.

I felt comfortable and safe throughout my visit. The salon is fitted with screens and fewer stations with masks and sanitizers available. Lovely to see Jenny and some of the staff again. And such a relief to have my hair done again. Looking forward to my next visit.

Leah was great, and loved the hair cut today. It’s also so good to be able to get an appointment in before my working day started!

The cut Ian gave me today as always was better than the West End. He managed to cut the kindest perfect fringe while I was wearing a mask. Everything was spotlessly clean and Covid careful. He gave me a magnificent cut, which was badly needed and has taken years off me. Thoroughly recommend and well worth the journey from Radlett.

Great advice. I was worried about the condition of my hair and how it would look for my wedding on Saturday after months of being unable to go to a hairdresser. My mind was set at ease and I am so pleased with the result

A very obliging salon, which allows plenty of time (and space) for an appointment . I have never come away from an appointment feeling like “Oh, well- it will grow out. I’ll try somewhere else next month”, which was a quite common occurrence before I discovered the Cutting Room. Many thanks.
