Comment
When booking via this service you are sent an email whereby you confirm your appointment or ask a question. I had asked for additional time to have a treatment but received no feedback and no mention of requested treatment during booked appointment. There is no dropdown box to allow this request when booking your appointment online. This should be revised. Also, names of technicians should be confirmed when booking is confirmed so you know who your appointment is with.
