I visited the colour room for the first time on the 19 th October. I was impressed on arrival as I was taken straight to have my consultation by two very professional young ladies. The service I received was impeccable and the staff very attentive ensuring I was comfortable and providing refreshments throughout . I would absolutely recommend this salon to everyone -I have not felt as valued as a customer in any other salon I have visited and this would usually be somewhere overpriced in Manchester city centre. The level of service from beginning to end was fantastic and I will definitely be a regular from now on. A number of the current high street chains should look to take a leaf out of the colour rooms book on customer service - by far head and shoulders overall
