Lianne was a great stylist and cutter very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.The hair cut was great.I have a lot of hair and was done in less than an hour. Just for your consideration to improve.I understand I came in on a very busy Saturday.I would have liked to be offered a drink which adds to the experience.I did notice that the cleanliness of the salon was a little neglected.I do understand it’s hard to keep on top of a large salon.There was hair in the chair when I arrived and the table in front hadn’t been cleaned properly as it was covered in hair and marks.I did notice there was also a lot of hair on the floor too. I would return due to Lianne’s skills as a stylist.However I feel some care and attention could be paid to cleanliness to improve the experience.

I highly value my hairdresser, Amber, who never fails to give me a really good cut and always offers sound professional advice. I was a little shocked at the increase in prices which means I will have to reduce my visits which is a shame. One little quibble this last visit is that I wasn't offered a coffee which rather spoilt things; I had to ask plus the coffee machine wasn't working properly so I couldn't get my usual latte (it's a small, but important little perk that always makes me feel good). Finally: the salon is looking very bare and cold these days. A shame. I don't expect masses of decoration but a little something goes a long way ... the haircut was still great ;D

Little bit disappointed with my visit to the Colour Room yesterday. I has booked an appointment with Gemma (whom I have been a client of for many years), but ended up having my colour done with Leah. Nothing wrong with Leah, she did a great job. But there was no explanation when I entered the salon, or during my colour or cut as to what had happened to Gemma. It was only explained to me when I paid, that Gemma was on holiday and her appointments had had to be taken by someone else. When you're paying £130+ for your hair, I do want the choice of who does my hair. If I had known that Gemma was on holiday, then I would have wanted to reschedule to when she was back.
