After making my booking I was contacted by text about a 20% off deal for appointments on that day. Unfortunately I forgot to ask at the till and wasn't offered any discount. I didn't remember until I got home (but was nontheless really pleased with my haircut).

I had to change my appointment due to a close relative passing away, the girl I spoke to was lovely but did not advise me that there was a big difference in the cost due to a different member of staff doing the cut. Had I been advised then I would not have had a cut as well as it was too expensive, I mentioned this at the point of paying but nothing was done. This has now put me off having a cut in future with yourselves as it took approximately 5-10 minutes for the cut and I cannot justify £35 for that.

Lauren is a total asset to your company. Friendly and very knowledgeable on what might or might not suit your hair. She is always cheery and ready for a good chat! I have to say though all the staff are very personable and welcoming. Refreshments are of good quality and complimentary. I have no reservation in recommending the colour room stockport
