The salon is starting to look a bit tired, walls need re painting. The one thing that really lets it down is that you often have to wait even though you have a timed appointment, and this can be lengthy at times. It is really annoying to be hanging round and it does not even seem to be acknowledged. I know that this is quite common from my own experience and that of others I know. I realise that if a client is late then there is a knock on effect, but maybe not enough time between clients is catered for? If the salon cannot meet the appointment time then there should at least be a discount offered.

Had I been a first time client I would have been tempted not to return. Waiting time between colour removal and cut was a long 20 mins with no reason why given or update as to how long I would have to wait.

I am pleased with my hair colour and the way I am treated there. Unfortunately the environment let's it down as it looks and feels like the place needs a deep clean and a refurbishment.

On the whole staff are very friendly, professional and polite. However, on my last visit I felt that staff wanted to get me in and out of the salon as quickly as possible. I usually find having my hair washed a pleasurable experience and put particular store at being given a relaxing massage. On this occasion however the experience was less relaxing with the apprentice scouring my head and digging her false nails into my scalp. The hair technician herself was lovely and friendly but there was no escaping the fact that she was rushing through the cut and styling of my hair. I don't feel she provided me with the cut that I had asked for though I could not find fault with her styling.

I was pleased with the colour , cut and customer service but the blow dry and styling wasn't good ; no products were applied before drying therefore my hair was left very dry and lacked lustre . I was given a stylist who doesn't know my hair to blow dry , so the out come wasn't good . Also the cost was much more than previous visits . After being a client of more than 10 years , this was very disappointing .

Love my colour, great job has been done The salon was so so so cold and spent my whole time freezing cold so not best experience. Also find drinks offering very limited - tea or coffee or water. Maybe some orange juice or hot chocolate or something else can be added to the list Salon feel is bit bland and cold and mirrors were dirty, was hair on the floor and wall have marks on. Can’t fault the colour though - love what has been done. Would it possible in the future to ask clients whether they want to pay £27 for a blow dry or the rough dry it themselves as £27 for drying my hair is very steep and would rather just blasted the hairdryer on it myself
