I took my daughter so we could have a real change. The staff are excellent listened to what we wanted and both of us came out with exactly what we wanted. My hair is the nicest it has been for a long time. I should have cut it shorter years ago. Thank you all

I was looked after by Natasha. I was a new customer to her at the beginning of the year and had asked for a blonde balayage, Natasha was very friendly and informative when I had asked her questions. Fast forward 6months later and I had booked in for a touch up. Natasha had greeted me as if I was in the salon the previous months, she had remembered I am planning a wedding and had asked how that was going. She had also remembered how I wanted to gradually go lighter with the blonde and again gave me informative information on how to upkeep the brightness. As I was paying we discussed how many appointments I will have before the wedding and what each appointment will entail. All together a great service by a lovely person

Hi, The staff and service in the salon is amazing. Second to none. However, the interior really needs a refresh. Please start with the stained roof tiles we have to stare at when we have our hair washed!! It is an amazing salon and I love what you do for my hair!! Congrats on 10 years!! Laura x

Having now been in the Manchester area 13 years it's taken me this long to find a salon I trust, although I request Lauren I am sure I would be in safe hands with any of your stylists.

i always enjoy my hour experience at the Colour Room. The staff are genuinely friendly and very professional. They all want your visit to be a great experience. From checking you in and discussing with you your particular hair style/colour, offering you drinks (the coffee is delicious). Having a really relaxing hair wash and head massage to going home to,the compliments!
