Highlights are lovely and Grace was great....however the blowdry is awful. It was s young girl that did the blow dry, I asked for lots of volume and it's flat!! It was taking forever to do as it was so I just decided to leave it "flat" and put rollers in when I get home. Definitely not the professional finish I was expecting.

I have had good cut and blows each time I visit. I must say though it's cheeky how they give you the most expensive stylist without advising what's available. I've fallen into this trap 3 times now and to be honest it's kinda put me off. Also got my face washed not just my hair. Hmmmm.

Little bit disappointed with my visit to the Colour Room yesterday. I has booked an appointment with Gemma (whom I have been a client of for many years), but ended up having my colour done with Leah. Nothing wrong with Leah, she did a great job. But there was no explanation when I entered the salon, or during my colour or cut as to what had happened to Gemma. It was only explained to me when I paid, that Gemma was on holiday and her appointments had had to be taken by someone else. When you're paying £130+ for your hair, I do want the choice of who does my hair. If I had known that Gemma was on holiday, then I would have wanted to reschedule to when she was back.
