Little bit disappointed with my visit to the Colour Room yesterday. I has booked an appointment with Gemma (whom I have been a client of for many years), but ended up having my colour done with Leah. Nothing wrong with Leah, she did a great job. But there was no explanation when I entered the salon, or during my colour or cut as to what had happened to Gemma. It was only explained to me when I paid, that Gemma was on holiday and her appointments had had to be taken by someone else. When you're paying £130+ for your hair, I do want the choice of who does my hair. If I had known that Gemma was on holiday, then I would have wanted to reschedule to when she was back.

Really happy with my experience, first time I’ve actually loved both my colour and cut. Lauren and Leah were amazing and helped advise me as I was struggling with a colour and cut to suit. They listened to what I wanted and made sure I was happy. Best service I ever received.

After coming to The Colour Room for over 15 years I cannot fault the staff, Quality and service that I receive. I have just come away from the salon feeling like a million dollars so thank you to you all for always making me feel that way, welcome and looked after. It's a pleasure coming to your salon and all credit to Sean and his team for being the professional and friendly bunch that they are which has customers like myself returning for years to come.
