Comment
The environment is not great at the moment for reasons outside the proprietors control and I know that there are plans to refurbish. The salon staff are very friendly and welcoming however over recent visits I have found that several of the staff are in the vicinity of the reception desk. This doesn't look so professional, especially if there is banter going on and it can be a bit off putting. I find it much nicer to be greeted by one person and seated by them. The attention, advice and skill of the colourist and stylist remains second to none and I am as pleased as ever with my hair.
